We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to work in our Shillington, PA office. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, accounts receivables, accounting/bookkeeping and phone reception. - Maintain office forms & procedures
- Assist with job order processing and invoicing
- Accounts receivable functions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Operate a central phone system, answers and directs incoming calls
- Provide highest quality of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve "world class service"
