Description:

Power Kunkle Benefits Consulting, one of the region’s premier employee benefits consulting firms, is seeking a full-time Client Manager to add to our team.  If you are looking for a great working atmosphere with a company focused on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, read on!

Duties:

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships at the group and member level.

  • Manages the quoting process to secure proposal for the client or prospect.

  • Evaluate and process renewals which consists of gathering all necessary paperwork to implement a renewal both internally and externally with the carriers.

  • Initiates the claims process as needed with vendors to process and review appeals as necessary. Provides resolutions of claim inquiries to members directly.

  • Works with the client and Producer as needed to identify and recommend products and services by evaluating all options for existing and prospective clients.

  • Schedule and conduct employee open enrollment meetings as required, working with administrative support to produce open enrollment materials.

  • Oversees enrollments, terminations, COBRA process, and additional account activity.

  • Interacts with co-workers, clients, and vendor partners in a professional, friendly, tactful, and cooperative manner.

In addition to the essential functions listed above, the Client Manager is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude and communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. Work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Job Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Professional Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health licensure required or obtained within reasonable timeframe upon hire.

  • Customer service experience required, insurance industry experience a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Strong analytical skills, organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule, with attention to detail.

Technology:

  • Strong background with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Database experience a plus.
